This is my Gran and a few older ladies I've met over my life who often seemed to have more life in them at 90 than I did at 20 and, my Mum, who has spent her entire life living loudly and with childlike wonder at the world around her.

My Gran scandalised the neighbourhood with her Red nails, she was my hero. My mum has to be restrained from trying to touch Paintings when we go to art galleries, she is the Absolute Best.
This is for you, Mum and For you, Gran.
Never live quietly.
